EcoBuild

Students from the School’s MSc course in Sustainable Envronmental Design in Architecture, together with the course director Professor Steve Sharples, visited Ecobuild 2014 at the ExCel Arena in London in March. Ecobuild is the world’s largest exhibition of sustainable design, construction and innovation and also contains a series of seminars from industry experts in areas such as Passivhaus, Future Cities and Refurbishment & Retrofit. The students particularly enjoyed the unlimited supply of free pens, sweets and cakes available at most of the exhibition stalls!
