The Liverpool School of Architecture is sad to hear of the passing of alumni Elizabeth Foulkes at the age of 98. Graduating from the LSA in 1948, Ms Foulkes was a former Vice President of the RIBA, the first female president of the RSAW, and was awarded an MBE in 1974 and the Jubilee medal in 1977 for services to architecture and the environment.
