If you wish to study at the University of Liverpool from September 2025 and you will be under the age of 18 on Monday, 15th September 2025 then you must complete our 'Parental Consent, Accommodation and Guardianship Arrangements for Under 18s Form'. The form must be completed online.

The next deadline for submitting your U18 form is now Wednesday, 11th June 2025.
Applied through Clearing?
If you have applied to join the University of Liverpool through clearing and received the U18 Parental Consent form to complete, you must complete this within 2 working days of receiving your offer (If you don’t yet have a University of Liverpool ID number or a UCAS number you should instead provide your Clearing ID number in your form - this usually starts with 'X00').
