Unlike commercial letting sites, LSH only advertises properties from landlords and agents who are accredited to their Standards, so you can be confident about the quality and safety of anywhere you find through them.
LSH also offers free, confidential housing advice — whether you're searching for a place, checking a tenancy agreement, or dealing with an issue with your current landlord — and this is available even if your property isn't accredited with them.
Visit the Liverpool Student Homes website to search properties, get advice, or find out more about their services.
