Mental Health Advisory Service

Supporting students with mental health difficulties to succeed in their studies and beyond.

The University’s Mental Health Advisors are here for students who are experiencing existing or emerging mental health difficulties. We are a student-centred service working to a case management model, providing professional support, evidence-based interventions, liaison, advice, and information on mental health issues.

The service does not replace those provided by the NHS, including crisis services, it does complement them.

The Mental Health Advisory Service is accessed via the Wellbeing team, who will support you to resolve any issues and arrange for you to see a Mental Health Advisor as appropriate. You can contact the Wellbeing Practitioners by completing this easy form.
