Welcome to Student Administration and Support Division

The division is responsible for a wide variety of activities relating to student administrative and academic processes including student records, examinations and graduation, and student support services including health and welfare.

Graduation

SAS are responsible for arrangements and administration of the University's graduation ceremonies which take place annually each July and December.

Timetabling team

SAS manages online room bookings and integrated timetabling (formally known as ORBIT) to coordinate timetabling across the University.

SAS handles the efficient administration of all students' personal, academic and financial records, and staff in the Student Administration Centre assist with in-person enquiries from students from registration through assessment to graduation, as well as student discipline, complaints and appeals.
