James graduated in the University of Alfonso X El Sabio in Madrid in 2010. Six months after graduating, he moved to the UK and worked in small animal practice for 5 years, where he developed his interest in Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging. After a rotating and a specialised internship in diagnostic imaging, James started his residency in Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging with the University of Liverpool in 2018 and was appointed as a lecturer at the end of his residency.
