In this section we will regularly update content, highlighting learning from other areas and identifying key recommendations to provide support for colleagues during the Ukraine conflict.

The current situation in the Ukraine has increased these significantly and created new challenges for staff to remain resilient and effective during times of severe stress.

Part Two - Building Resilience and Positive Coping Skills 

Professor Laurence Allison MBE introduces us to the concepts of what resilience is and how to build resilience in difficult circumstances. He provides insights about how to develop positive coping skills in critical situations.
