    Personal Statement

    Janet Line manages the Student Experience team. Alongside Janet, there are seven colleagues within the Student Experience team.

    The Student Experience team is responsible for day to day administration relating to student experience to include:

    • Inputting attendance/Running reports to identify students who fall below the minimum expected attendance level/Meet with Students to explain attendance policy and signpost to advice or further support within the University.
    • Escalate issues where necessary to LTSOs.
    • Organising Graduation Day for School of Health Sciences students (online ticket sales etc.)
    • The processing of Suspension/Withdrawal and Course Transfer Paperwork.
    • Student registration issues.
    • Ensure students are registered for the correct module within Banner and resolve any issues that may arise in relation to this.
    • Maintains and ensures the accuracy of student records on BANNER.
    • Overseeing student uniform measure and supply and following up any issues after delivery.
    • Setting up of EVASYS surveys
    • Management of student records within Liberty (Serengeti)
    • Take minutes at Committee and Programme Management Team meetings.
    • Welcome week activities
    • Student Uniform ordering
    • First of point of contact for all day to day student enquiries.
    • Administrative support for Periodic Review/HCPC Revalidation visits.
    • Maintain data within Student Movement Database.
    • Manage Outlook Calendars and school generic email accounts.
    • Provide cover for colleagues in times of sickness/leave or other unforeseen events.
    • Provide support for academic teaching activities
    • Register students for e-LfH
    • Correspond with Focus on Involvement

    Janet provides
    • Administrative support for Associate Heads (Undergraduate and Postgraduate).

    Janet is a member of the School Senior PSS Leadership Team.
