Since graduating, I have worked in industry as a R&D scientist. While here at the university I will be undertaking a Ph.D with the goal of, immunohistochemical and proteomic characterisation of acrosyringial cells from the eccrine sweat glad in human skin. The research into the characterisation of acrosyringial cells is supported by the BBSRC Unilever CTP and supervised by Professor Claire Eyers, Professor Sarah Coupland and Dr Richard Skinner.
