Peptide mapper
This is a tool that lets you draw simple peptide maps. You enter a protein sequence, select a proteolytic enzyme and be presented with a list of peptides, that can be plotted, coloured, labelled as required. The graphic is created and saved as scalable vector graphics (SVG) that can be further cleaned up and embellished as needed using a suitable editor. The program is available in Mac or Windows variants, using the link on the right hand side. Example output below.
