Outreach activity in CPR
CPR has been actively engaged in outreach activities for some years now. Thirteen of us are STEM Ambassadors, and we have built strong links with local school and colleges, as well as engaging with the public in many external events. We have devised experiments and exercises, and have brought students to CPR to interview us, to perform experiments and to use our very shiny, expensive instruments.

Both Claire and Rob are hugely supportive of these activities, and believe that such outreach is an important part of meeting our responsibilities, as a large reserch group, to explain what we do and why.

The details of what we do are captured in our Outreach Blog. Click on the Orange ‘Outreach Blog’ Tab on the main page (left).
