Management School hosts celebration event for Undergraduate students
Last week, a celebration event was held for all first- and second-year Undergraduate students who achieved 70% or above in the 2022- 23 academic year. At the event, they were presented with a certificate, had photo opportunities with their Director of Studies and enjoyed some refreshments, whilst catching up with course mates after a busy exam period.
We caught up with Director of Studies for our BSc Economics programme, Yigit Oezcelik and Director of Studies for BA Business Economics, Yontem Sonmez who had this to say;

Students who received awards are now in their second and final year, being able to share experiences such as this on their CV and LinkedIn are brilliant ways to grow their network and showcase academic achievements, all helpful when applying for opportunities such as placements or roles after graduation.
It was clear from speaking to students at the event, how excited they were to receive this recognition for their hard work- to echo our academic colleagues- we really can’t wait to see what they do next!
