Business Breakfast on leadership in disruptive times
The Management School hosted a Business Breakfast on Friday 2 November 2018.
The event was attended by members of the local business community and explored the theme of ‘Leadership in Disruptive Times’. Guest speakers included Dr Pascale Daher, Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour, and Gareth Bartlett, CEO and Founder of Blinx Solutions.
During the presentations attendees heard the theoretical side of leading through times of disruption which included discussions about various approaches to management. They were also given first-hand examples of this in practice from the perspective of managing the implementation of new technology as well as managing a rapidly growing business.
Attendees also had the opportunity to network with other business contacts as well as Management School staff.
