The Management School has welcomed a new cohort of leaders to its Growth Catalyst programme.

Growth Catalyst is a leadership, development and business growth programme designed to improve the confidence of owner-managers, enabling them to make impactful changes to their businesses.

Funded by ERDF, the programme works with small businesses to enhance management practices and help strengthen economic development within the Liverpool City Region.

The new cohort is made up of 32 local businesses which come from a variety of diverse backgrounds and sectors.  Following on from an initial two-day leadership residential, they will now participate in a number of masterclasses, coaching sessions, workshops and business exchange days over the course of the next eight months.

Dr Benito Giordano, Programme Director, said “We are delighted to welcome our 12th cohort to the programme. It was great to meet all of our new businesses at the leadership residential and hear about what they hope to achieve from this experience.

I look forward to seeing how our participants progress and new business relationships being formed over the next eight months.”
