The Management School’s Centre for Entrepreneurship is hosting the 2020 PhD Entrepreneurship Academy 4-6 May 2020.

The PhD Entrepreneurship Academy is aimed at PhD students and early career researchers who want to get a deep understanding of entrepreneurship as a field, classic and modern theories of entrepreneurship, innovative research methods as well as conceptual modelling and theorising.  They will also be able to gain advice on how to publish in entrepreneurship journals.

In addition, each participant will have the opportunity to receive feedback on their research project and overall guidance around how can they both develop a publication strategy and embed impact early on into their PhD projects.

In order to secure a place on the programme, a single PDF document with your paper abstract or dissertation overview (300 words max) and a short bio (100 words max) must be submitted to cei@liverpool.ac.uk by 01 March 2020.

For consideration in the best paper awards, and one-to-one mentoring, a 6-page abridged paper must be submitted by 15 April 2020.

Best paper awards are sponsored by: Newhall Publishing, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, Elsevier, and the Centre for Entrepreneurship.
