Postgraduate students visit Careers Fair Roadshow
Over 140 ULMS postgraduate students visited the UK University China Student Careers Fair Roadshow hosted at the University of Manchester on Friday 1st March.
Organised by eight leading UK universities, including Liverpool, Manchester, Warwick and Leeds, the fair is now in its sixth year of running. It has grown in popularity amongst both students and organisations with this year’s event featuring over 35 UK and China employers, bringing a wide range of graduate opportunities.
LiKun, MSc HRM student, said “This fair is a great opportunity to gain the face to face communication with my dream company HR. I also find it is tremendous helpful for me gaining the industry insights from the guest speaker sessions, they are so knowledgeable!”
Bei, ULMS international employer engagement officer, said: “This fair provided our Chinese students a fantastic chance to connected with those employers highly value their UK education background; it is also an opportunity for us to demonstrate our students quality on the international graduate market.”
