Network Ambassador Presentation December 2018

The Management School’s alumni network ambassadors recently presented their findings from a project they have been working on for the past two months.

The ULMS network ambassador programme involves a number of undergraduate students who are required to undertake research to find out more about the sectors and job roles graduates work in.  In order to complete their research they have to connect with graduates from the Management School’s alumni network and conduct interviews to find out more about life after university.

During the project, students were able to develop their networking skills and also had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with various tools, such as LinkedIn and Liverpool Connect, which they will be able to utilise when job hunting in the future.

Laura Hill, Alumni Engagement Officer, said “The Alumni Network contains a wealth of information and experience students can benefit from, and developing these connections enables students and alumni to reflect on their own experiences.

We hope that students grow these new connections and develop their network into the next phases of their career.
