Management School launches MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology programme

The Management School has added a new master’s degree to its portfolio of postgraduate programmes.

MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology will develop students’ understanding of the core areas of occupational psychology, enabling them to contribute to the wellbeing of employees and organisations in their future career. 

Graduates a likely to pursue a professional career in occupational psychology, or in the related areas of human resource management, organisational development or general management.  

Dr Joanne Lyubovnikova, Director of Studies for MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology, said “The new MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology builds upon the strengths and research expertise of staff in ULMS and provides an exciting opportunity for us to help shape the future generation of practitioners and academics in the field of occupational psychology. The programme content is designed to reflect the latest professional standards, international perspectives and cutting-edge research, ensuring that the teaching and learning experience of our students is active, diverse, evidence-based and has an applied focus on ultimately understanding how to enhance organisational effectiveness, individual performance and well-being at work.

The programme also makes British Psychological Society Accredited Certificates in Occupational Test User Ability and Personality available to all students at no additional cost, further enhancing their skill-set and employability.”
