FIMBA cohort visits UEFA headquarters
Students from the Football Industries MBA programme recently visited the Headquarters of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in Nyon, Switzerland.
The University of Liverpool is only one of three universities that UEFA works with and the visit forms part of the partnership.
To start the day, students were welcomed by representatives from UEFA and given a presentation on the organisation’s structure and activities. They also learnt more about UEFA’s competitions, the organisation of them and the roles various people play.
Students also took part in a Champions League simulation event which gave them insight into the operations behind the competition.
