Final MBA masterclass of series held at Management School

The final MBA masterclass of the series took place in the Management School on Thursday 3rd May.

Magda Adamska, a brand strategy consultant with more than 15 years of experience across industries, led the session which focused on ‘How to make yourself happy and successful at work’. 

Magda started off as a strategic planner at advertising agencies before moving to the client side where she held roles as a Programming Director and Global Brand Director.  Throughout her professional life Magda has worked on almost 2,000 campaigns, launched three new TV channels, rolled out seven re-brandings and numerous re-positionings. 

Three years ago, Magda decided to leave corporate life and founded her own business called Brandstruck which is the first and only global database for brand strategy case studies.  She has worked with various high profile brands including Amazon, Google, Nike, MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Procter & Gamble, Brown-Forman, A+E, Pearson, Nestle, Avon, Axa, Cadbury, Ferrero and T-Mobile as well as a number of creative agencies and start-ups.

During her talk Magda spoke to students about her past experience and also explained how a personal brand strategy can help contribute to happiness and success in the workplace.
