ULMS Extra gives insight into Co-operative Bank Graduate Schemes

As part of the ULMS Extra programme Chloe Stafford, Graduate at Co-Operative Bank, spoke to students about applying for graduate schemes.

Chloe graduated from the Management School in 2015 after a completing a degree in Business Studies with a Year in Industry.  She is now in her final year of the Co-Operative’s banking leadership graduate scheme at the head-office in Manchester where she rotates through different departments. 

Chloe outlined some top tips on how students can make their applications stand out to recruiters and how they should manage time in order to boost their career prospects.  She emphasised the importance of making use of the extra services offered by the Management School including ULMS Extra, the careers service and placements as these things can give a competitive edge and will provide transferrable skills that help when applying for graduate roles.
