Current Business Management students mark the beginning of their university journey with a “Time Capsule” event at Ness Gardens.

During Welcome Week, first year Business Management students were asked to take a ‘selfie’ and list their aspirations for their degree. On Thursday 15th October, staff and students from the programme attended a lunch reception at Ness Gardens where their selfies and aspirations were placed into a time capsule and buried on the grounds of the park.

Gary Brown, Director of Studies for Business Management, said “The Ness Gardens staff were incredibly helpful, giving us permission to place the capsule there, preparing the ground and hosting a lunch reception. The capsule will be recovered in time for graduation celebrations where the selfies and aspirations will be displayed for students to collect. It should provide a really nice talking point for graduates, friends and family”.
