MBA students visit Jaguar Land Rover
MBA students were recently given the opportunity to visit Jaguar Land Rover, accompanied by one of our dedicated careers team, where they received a presentation about the company's history, progress and its latest innovations in the automobile manufacturing world.
Sarah Khalida Mohamad, current Liverpool MBA student said, ‘The tour started with an explanation of the manufacturing process of Land Rover, starting from a sheet of metal through to the beautiful end product. I found the whole experience to be very engaging. The tour guide had a very insightful point of view of the factory floor and departmental functions, having been there since before the robotics were involved. This trip also showed me how crucial good operational supply chain management is to the smooth running of a car manufacturer. And not to forget, getting the chance to see and feel the limited edition Victoria Beckham Evoque!’.
