Data Management Expert Guide
A free, online guide to research data management by CESSDA (Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives)

MANTRA
A free, online course for research data management by the University of Edinburgh. Includes Data Handling tutorials for Python, R, SPSS, and ArcGIS.

Data Carpentry
Lessons in data organisation, cleanup, analysis, and visualisation, part of The Carpentries. See also the Software Carpentry lesson programme for basic lab skills for research computing. 

Data Tree
A free, online course for data management funded by NERC (The Natural Environment Research Council).

The Programming Historian
Tutorials to help humanists learn a wide range of digital tools and techniques. Some tutorials also available in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
