‌Several LA³NET fellows contributed to this year’s scientific program, spanning from "Electro-optical Bunch Length Measurements at the ANKA Storage Ring" to "Studies of Cs3Sb Cathodes for the CLIC Drive Beam Photoinjector Option" and "Design of a Photonic Crystal Accelerator for Basic Radiation Biology".

After finishing its first circle through Asia, Europe and North America, IPAC came back to Asia again.

‌The 4th International Particle Accelerator Conference, IPAC13 took place in Shanghai, China, from 12 to 17 May, 2013. With 1,500 contributions and more than 1,200 delegates, IPAC is the largest conference in accelerator science and technology.

Several LA³NET fellows contributed to this year’s scientific program, spanning from "Electro-optical Bunch Length Measurements at the ANKA Storage Ring" to "Studies of Cs3Sb Cathodes for the CLIC Drive Beam Photoinjector Option" and "Design of a Photonic Crystal Accelerator for Basic Radiation Biology".

‌The fellows met their colleagues from the oPAC and DITANET ITNs and the project coordinator for dinner on Wednesday, May 15th where they talked about their research and training activities to date.
