During Welcome Week 2025, you can find the IT Service Desk on the first floor of the Central Teaching Labs, in the Here to Help Hub. Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm.

- Get your University email on your mobile

If you call or chat with the IT Service Desk after 5pm, or on weekends, bank holidays and University closed days, your call or chat will be directed to a staffed out-of-hours service.
