The Senior Management Team (SMT) ensures the effective delivery of all FRCS services, with each team member leading the operational, day-to-day management of their individual areas of responsibility.

| Kofi Amoakohene |
Kofi is director of Campus Planning and Development and is responsible for leading the Capital Projects and Estate Strategy. |
| Matthew Clough | Matthew is Director of Campus Services and his areas of responsibility are: Residential Services; Catering and Event Services; Campus Support Services; Building Management and Cleaning; and Ness Botanic Gardens. He also leads on HR issues across the directorate. |
| Syd Cottle |
Syd is Director of Estate and Infrastructure. He leads on Asset Management; Maintenance; Environmental Sustainability and Energy; Risk and Assurance; and Services and the Performance Hub. |
| Andy Craig |
Andy is Director of Active Health and Sport, with responsibility for the promotion of a healthy campus community through lifestyle education and the provision of high-quality facilities, programmes and events for sport, physical activity, and general wellbeing. |
| Joanne White |
Joanne is Deputy Director (Business Operations) and she is responsible for a wide range of FRCS support functions including Business Development, the Programme Management Office, Planning and Performance, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information and Data Management, and Governance. |
