EmployAbility is delighted to be partnering with Freshfields to bring you an exciting virtual insight event, in which you’ll be able to learn more about this great firm, hear from recent trainees and other Freshfields representatives, learn about the recruitment process and the exciting opportunities at Freshfields.

The work you’ll do at Freshfields tends to fall into three broad categories, which we like to think of as grow (transactional work), strengthen (regulatory work) and defend (risk management).
Our trainees solicitors are given the best opportunity to learn through our unique eight-seat training contract. The two-year training programme lays the foundations for a career at the cutting edge of corporate law and offers the opportunity to develop – not just as a lawyer, but as a person, too. We want to develop people who aren’t afraid to be creative and innovative and who want to learn how to communicate their ideas clearly and succinctly.
