Dr Laura Zhara Macdonald, ConnectFutures, UK
Professor Simon Winlow, University of Northumbria, UK

Event Brief: This keynote panel is organised and remotely hosted by the University of Liverpool as part of DRIVE, a Horizon 2020 research, innovation and action initiative funded by the European Commission. The project seeks to better understand the nature of the radicalisation of far right and Islamist groups in North-West Europe, given contexts of social exclusion.

The keynote panel provides an opportunity to engage with the perspectives of three experts - involved as researchers and practitioners - who will share their key experiences in the field and make general observations about the risks and opportunities involved in researching extremism and radicalisation, both online and offline. Please register via Eventbrite.
