- Joanne Poole
- Suitable for: Communication skills: we all possess them, but few of us ever learn how to apply them. As a result, meetings are muddled, intentions misinterpreted, opportunities lost. But it doesn’t have to be like this. This unique workshop, delivered by Dr Paul Redmond, (Director of Student Experience and Enhancement at the University of Liverpool. Writer, TEDx speaker and researcher) will show how – by following a simple step-by-step guide - you can upgrade your communication skills and learn to thrive in whatever situation you find yourself in. From this workshop you’ll learn: • how to communicate with confidence – in person and on Zoom; • the top five tips for making yourself heard and getting your point across; • a bluffer’s guide to non-verbal communications; • why leaders always speak last; • knowing how and when to ask the world’s most important question.
