As technological advances have progressed over the last decade, marketers have embraced new immersive technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality to bring a new dimension and perspective to storytelling. These platforms offer consumers a different customer experience, often bringing products to life and marketers the opportunity to reach new audiences.

But, what is the true impact of AI, AR and VR on the marketing industry? Along with enjoying a more immersive customer experience, consumers are also becoming savvier about their privacy and what is reality and what is clearly fake. So, and are these new technologies here to stay?
