The need for self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion is more prominent than ever.

At Mindless Academy, we regularly incorporate journaling and meditation into our daily routines, as well as into our programmes. They are tools proven to have positive effects on our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Self Love Stories is a weekly journaling and meditation programme - FREE to anybody who wants to get involved.

Benefits of regular journaling and meditation include:

Increased self-awareness
A strengthened immune system
Improved communication skills
Reduced anxiety, stress and depression
More self-esteem
Better focus and concentration

Each week, our LIVE sessions led by Mindless Academy’s founder Laurie Stewart and our dedicated Mindset Coach Karen Podesta will offer a short guided meditation, followed by a series of journaling prompts.

During the 20 minute session, attendees will respond to 10 ‘speed’ prompts with one minute to a journal on each, without the time to overthink or edit their response. They will then have the opportunity to go deeper on a final 3-minute prompt.

When we write about what’s on our minds, or are prompted to think about certain issues, we move forward in our thinking, clear our minds and make space for change. We hope you’ll join us on this journey to self-awareness.
