If you are invited to an assessment centre the employer must already be very impressed with you as few candidates get to this stage. However, once the joy of being invited wears off, chances are the fear of the thing itself will start to creep in! This is where this 30 minute 'quick guide' session can help. It will give you an overview of what an assessment centre is; how to prepare for the move to virtual assessment centres; the range of assessment methods commonly used; tips on some of the behaviours to display and those to avoid; give you with an opportunity to take part in an activity and point you in the direction of other excellent resources.
