KPMG is a place where the curious come together. A place where you’ll enjoy diverse challenges and share your ideas with other bright minds to help to deliver innovative approaches.

Wherever you join us – in Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law, Technology & Engineering or KPMG Business Services – you’ll find yourself in an intellectually stimulating environment. One where disruptive technologies are embraced. One where collaboration is a way of life. One where your contribution can make a real difference to our colleagues, clients and communities.

Find out about KPMG's opportunities for students (internshhips, placements and insight events) and their gradautes roles at this session.

At KPMG, we recognise that we need Inclusion, Diversity and Social Equality to be successful. We want to attract, retain and develop diverse talent at all levels. This means recruiting from the widest possible pool of talent, removing barriers that can prevent our people from reaching their full potential, and fostering a fully inclusive environment which maximises collaboration and empowers everyone at KPMG to bring their whole selves to work.

To help us achieve this and measure our progress, we’ve set ambitious targets for gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability, which are the most comprehensive set of targets in our industry.

Our vision is to ensure KPMG is somewhere all our people can feel confident being themselves.

Our UP initiative aims to level the playing field in as many ways as we can. Through a range of direct interventions, specialised activity and by developing a unique set of resources and tools, we hope to equip you with the skills, connections, and confidence to be successful.

Throughout autumn term we will be hosting weekly employer-led workshops designed to provide you with an insight into a specific sector, how to break into that sector and the skills you'll need to succeed once you get there.

This workshop will focus on professional services and will be delivered by KPMG
