Create a calendar file

Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.

Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.

Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.

Join Broadcaster Roger Philips and Dr Holly Tessler, Beatles expert and Lecturer in the Music Department at the University of Liverpool as they celebrate what would have been John Lennon 80th Birthday. They will explore John’s immense and unique talents in both art and music, the passion for his wife Yoko and for his home City of Liverpool, and the legacy he has left behind on a local and global scale.

This event is free to attend with the opportunity to ask questions following the main discussion.

The Art of John and Yoko will be streamed via Zoom and Facebook.

Registered guests will receive details of the event and, nearer the time, the Zoom link via email in advance of the event.

You do not need a Facebook account to gain access via the University of Liverpool Facebook page and instructions will be provided to all who register for this event.

PLEASE NOTE: there is limited capacity on Zoom so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on the day. Access to the event via Facebook is unlimited.

Guests on both Facebook and Zoom will be able to ask questions to the guest speaker.
