The Liverpool Fashion Summit is the first student-led event that aims at bringing together the brightest minds to tackle the biggest issues in one of the world's most polluting industries. We will provide a platform for businesses, consumers and academics to debate and discuss industry trends and best practice, raise awareness of the key barriers to change, and look to ourselves to explore the part we can all play.

We will be discussing sustainability, circular economy and modern slavery and we will also host upcyling workshops for anyone that is interested. Plus, we are running a competition, The Sustainable Fund, that will award two initiatives that promote sustainability in the region. First, a student-led project that promotes sustainable consumption and behaviour in the community. Second, an initiative led by a local business to move towards a more sustainable business model. Each of them will receive £500. See also attached the details of The Sustainable Fund.
