Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.
Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".
Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.
Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.
An extension of our CareerConnect programme, VirtualConnect is a programme of remote events designed to help you stay connected with employers.
Run by the Prince's Trust, this event for those who are aged between 18 - 30 years old (in line with Prince's Trust audience) and looking to learn more about jobs in Health & Social Care. If this is you, join our 3-day employability skills training programme. The course ends with a live virtual jobs fair on Day 3 and the opportunity to interview for current job vacancies on a full-time, part-time or shift work basis across Merseyside.
How it works: The free 3 day employability course in Merseyside offers you a chance to gain extensive knowledge of the care sector. During the course, you will;
• Understand how to identify your own skills
• Build an up to date CV
• Practice interview skills
• Have the opportunity to interview for a live role within the care sector
• Understand the health & social care sector in detail
• Speak to experienced care workers
• Mentor support, specific to Health & Social Care
