A talk by Dr Beth Thompson MBE (Head of Policy & Advocacy, UK&EU at Wellcome)

In this session Beth will reflect on her journey from researcher to research advocate. As lead of Wellcome’s research culture programme she’ll talk about what research culture means to her and what Wellcome is doing to make it better. Finally, she’ll reflect on what else needs to change to make the UK one of the best places in the world to be a researcher. We can’t achieve any of this on our own, so join and share your views.
