The research connected teaching (RCT) network is launching on Monday 9th December!

You’re warmly invited to our launch event on Monday 9th December (12.00pm for a 12.15pm start - 1.15pm, location to be confirmed).

We’ll be showcasing examples of excellent RCT practice across the faculties which combine to give a wonderful overview of different and achievable types of RCT. There will also be time for networking, and lunch will be provided.

We’re delighted to welcome the following speakers:

Dr Fabia Allen, School of Life Sciences, HLS: Insider Imprint: a student journal.
Dr Andrew Roe-Crines, Department of Politics, HSS: Research connected teaching.
Dr Gita Sedgi, Department of Chemistry, S&E: Research internships.

Each speaker will give a brief overview of their activity, focusing on how they set it up and made it work, and presenters will then take questions as a panel.
We will also discuss future RCT network plans.

Our venue isn’t fixed yet. If you’d be interested in hosting this network launch, please email CIE@liverpool.ac.uk . Lunch will be organised by CIE.

This workshop is hosted by the Centre for Innovation in Education and open to University of Liverpool staff only.

Please use your University of Liverpool email address when booking ( e.g. @liverpool.ac.uk). CIE reserve the option of offering one to one meetings to attendees on workshops with fewer than five bookings.
