In conjunction with CIPD Merseyside and North Cheshire, we are delighted to invite you to join us in welcoming Katie Winstanley (BA hons, History, 2015) HR Business Partner, as she discusses how to create a brilliant working environment at Morson International. This exciting event will take place on Tuesday 29th October at 6pm at the Brett Building (Oxford Street, Liverpool, L7 7BD).
Morson International is a specialist recruitment company for the engineering industry and was named as the UK’s number 1 technical recruiter in the Top 250 report. It has been rebranding the whole group company values and has a clear aim to reach the Times Top 100 companies to work for, linked to an impressive and innovative employee engagement strategy. There has been a clear focus on linking their corporate values to recruitment, training, performance management and retention.
Katie has been looking at their strategic narrative and is keen to ensure that all employees are able to articulate and embody the corporate aims, vision and values. The recent launch of #askged tool – Employee Voice - (a direct communication tool to the CEO for suggestions) is part of this. Furthermore, Katie is keen to share some of their key, important initiatives including their enhanced employee wellbeing framework and how an exemplary practitioner from another company is helping them to achieve their corporate ambitions.
The evening will be interactive in nature, enabling everyone to consider how to create a brilliant work environment. The event will take place 18:00 to 20:00, with time for question and answers.
