Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.
Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".
Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.
Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.
Research Connected Teaching is about blending the boundaries between research and teaching, so that our students benefit from hearing from, and working with our research community; are up to date with the latest developments within their disciplinary field and can develop their own practical skills as researchers through enquiry based learning.
This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore the various aspects of “research connected teaching ”, how we can implement the ethos of research connected teaching in our learning, teaching and assessment activity and develop a “throughline of research” (Fung, 2017) within our programme provision.
This workshop is hosted by the Centre for Innovation in Education and open to University of Liverpool staff only.
Please use your University of Liverpool email address when booking ( e.g. @liverpool.ac.uk). CIE reserve the option of offering one to one meetings to attendees on workshops with fewer than five bookings.
