Join us for an evening with British writer and journalist George Monbiot in a discussion about his latest book, Out of the Wreckage: A New Politics for an Age of Crisis. George Monbiot will discuss how new findings in psychology, neuroscience and evolutionary biology cast human nature in a radically different light and offer insight into how we can build on these findings to create a new 'politics of belonging', arguing that with a new positive vision, democracy and economic life can be radically reorganised from the bottom up.
