You are invited to attend a lecture with University of Liverpool Law graduate Nicholas Fell (LLB (Hons) 1984) on Thursday 23rd November 2017 at 6.00pm with the lecture starting at 6.30pm.

The lifelong relevance of Law School and dominance of English law in global legal practice, is weaved into a General Counsel’s tale involving commercial negotiations for the best contracts, corporate moves in mergers and acquisitions, and what lawyers do when ships are attacked by pirates or are involved in collisions and other maritime incidents.
Nicholas Fell is General Counsel and Senior Vice President of BW Group, an international group involved in shipping, floating gas infrastructure and deepwater oil & gas production. Each year BW Group recruits summer law interns from the University of Liverpool to sample the life of an in-house lawyer in its Singapore and Oslo offices.
