Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.
Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".
Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.
Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.
We are delighted to announce our brand new Health & Medical Professionals fair which will take place in The Crypt Hall of the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral on the 11th October 2016 from 4.30 – 8pm.
Recruiters from local NHS trusts, Royal Colleges, Specialty Schools, Medical indemnities along with private sector and armed forces employers will all be present to promote their students and professional opportunities.
With around 60 organisations in attendance, this will be an unmissable event for students and trainees from within the health sector to use this event to make contact with organisations, to network, research graduate and elective opportunities and find out more about the exhibiting organisations and what they look for from applicants.
As well as being able to meet representatives from the exhibiting organisations, this event will also provide you with an opportunity to get careers and employability advice from a team of careers advisers at the careers advice stand.
Why attend?
If you're just starting to think about your future career in health, or actively job-hunting, this fair is for you. You can make personal contact with employers, specialty schools and relevant professional bodies for expert advice on finding your ideal career. Some of these employers are looking to health and medical professionals into their workforce.
