One of Liverpool Philharmonic's former Artists in Residence, Simone Lamsma has given many outstanding performances in Liverpool. But today, in partnership with pianist Jonathan Fournel, she shares a more intimate side of her artistry. Stravinsky at his most playful, Fauré and Brahms at their most romantic, and Ravel’s ear-tingling pyrotechnics: it’s a very personal portrait of a violinist we’ve grown to love.

"This performance was the most impressive one I’ve ever heard – on recordings or in the concert hall – an amazing artistic feat" (Bachtrack)
