It was 2015 when Gary Daly and Eddie Lundon officially released to great acclaim the self-and-fan-funded Autumn in the Neighbourhood, the seventh China Crisis studio album.

Available to purchase then only directly from the band either online or at shows, the work has been hailed as “adventurous and contemporary” and “intimate”, “a return to the band’s heady songwriting strengths”, with one reviewer surmising that “one simply capitulates to the sheer gorgeousness of it all”.

By popular demand the album is now headed for a label-backed worldwide relaunch for its 10th anniversary in 2025 on Last Night from Glasgow records. To mark this momentous event and celebrate the album’s decennary, Gary and Eddie have planned a singular, exclusive event: for one very special night only, a specially-chosen, extended China Crisis band will perform Autumn in the Neighbourhood live in its entirety (along with a selection of additional China Crisis classics) at the stunning Tung Auditorium, situated within the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre in their home city of Liverpool.
