February sees the return of Feel Good February to the University. This month-long programme of wellbeing events and activities is for staff and students and aims to help you to focus on your health and wellbeing.
The month’s programme is structured around the six ways to wellbeing: Connect, Be active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give, Be Sustainable, with events aligned to each of these themes. Feel Good February kicks off with the Welcome Hub at Mountford Hall from 11-3pm on Thursday 1 February for new students, where they can meet support teams to help students start their time at Liverpool off on the best possible footing.
