Create a calendar file

Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.

Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.

Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.

The next event in our Bringing the World to Liverpool series features graduate Nina Kehagia (MA Music Industry Studies 2017) who is Head of Marketing and Strategy at shesaid.so.

Nina is a creative strategist and radio broadcaster for the award-winning radio station Resonance 104.4 FM. Currently, she is the Head of Marketing and Strategy for shesaid.so - a global community of music industry professionals and creatives whose mission is to make the music industry equitable for all through education, mentoring programs, events, curated job opportunities and editorial content. Nina is also a board member of the Liverpool City Region Music Board, runs a music community called Groove Inspired and is an independent scholar, researching the intersection of the music business and new technologies such as AI.

Nina often hosts talks and panels on topics such as; creative entrepreneurship, diversity & inclusion, and dance music history. Her work includes various residencies and partnerships as a DJ, curator, and industry speaker with high-profile guests and collaborators, including; Dr. Susan Rogers, Daniel Miller, Kate Simko, Georgia Taglietti (The ICNAC), Antonia Folguera (Sonar+D), Enric Palau (Sonar.es).

She has had long-lasting professional collaborations with high-profile international festivals such as Sonar/Sonar+ and Primavera Sound, organisations such as We Are Europe, and hosted panels and events supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, involving various acclaimed promoters and collectives such as Horse Meat Disco and Meat Free.

Throughout the years, Nina has hosted interviews with artists such as; Veronica Vasicka, Deena Abdelwahed, Domingae, Perera Elsewhere, Laurent Garnier, Juan Atkins, Claudio Simonetti (Goblin), Richie Hawtin, KARYYN, Lena Platonos, Daito Manabe, Cornelius, KOKOKO! and many more.
