Are you interested in general surgery, and wondering how to get in?
Come to a 30-minute virtual session on Wednesday 1st March 1pm-1.30pm to meet Mr John Taylor, the School of Medicine's Specialty Lead for General Surgery, and Consultant Trauma & Emergency Surgeon at University Hospital Aintree to find out about the amount of competition, how points are allocated for entry into the specialty, and which activities are key/would be realistic to undertake as an undergraduate to build a solid foundation towards it. This is an important session, whether you have a strong interest in the specialty, or you are at the beginnings of exploring it.
